Once your application has been received and you have been accepted into the program you will be sent payment instructions to guarantee your place on the trip.
PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT ANY FORM OF PAYMENT UNTIL NOTIFIED OF YOUR ACCEPTANCE.

Please note cancellation policy:

  • Up to 60 days before departure there is no cancellation fee.
  • 45 – 60 days before departure: $500 USD non-refundable deposit.
  • Less than 45 days before departure: $500 USD deposit plus full hotel stay (as per hotel requirement).

Payments:

  • 1st payment – $500 –upon acceptance to Program.
  • The remainder of cost can be paid in 3 equal installments, or in 1 full payment.
  • supplement for single room – $1000.
